Kari Kari Deanna DeannaKari Wuhrer who is an American actor, is known as the star of the TV series "Sliders". The year 1999 was the time she dropped her debut studio album, Shiny. Originally from Connecticut Wuhrer started singing at the age of young, and was a regular performer at night clubs while she was in her teens. In the year 2000, Wuhrer began her acting studies at Wooster School. Wuhrer's screen debut was in 1986's romance-drama 'Fire with Fire.' The following year she made her debut as an actor on TV, as the character Joanie. In her career spanning 30 years, she's managed to accumulate approximately 80 credits on film as well as television. She has also appeared in several mainstream films, her reputation is widely recognized as B-movie royalty for numerous films with low budgets in her filmography. She has also been model, MTV VJ as well as a model. She won Best Actress Award in 2001 at the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival which was for the film comedy Do It For Uncle Manny.
