Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings thirty years of experience to the table. She has worked with top executives across a variety of industries to help them grow their company, especially during times of rapid development. Annmarie has been a consultant to translate business and people strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans through the management of performance and organizational processes employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as managing change. She loves learning and sees the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive advantage. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leadership and coaches with evidence-based outcomes. These experiences helped develop an environment that embodies innovative learning practices and the capacity to adapt. Annmarie was driven to volunteer her skills and energy to help aid in the mission of Learning Ally. In her spare time she offers support to a number of non-profit organizations. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing her time and talents to assisting Learning Ally's mission.
