Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. In the year 17 she was awarded her Professional Card one year later. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance to get her college diploma. In October of 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any goals. She was happy by her performance. Ariel competed with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her body each year. Ariel likes working out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, along with bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week. One day would be lightweight day, and the other heavier weight day.
